• USSurfs’s subpoena compliance costs are as follows:
  • Research – $150.00/hour
  • Federal Express – Cost as Billed
  • Copies – $.50/page
  • Compact Disc – $10.00/per CD
  • Bank Wire Transfer Fees – Court Research Costs

Any applicable taxes are due in addition to the above fees.
